These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern two separate offerings made by Visibl Consulting Pty Ltd (“Visibl”) in connection with its exhibition at the Australian Real Estate Conference (“AREC”) held on 23–24 May 2026 on the Gold Coast:
- Part A – Event Special Offer: A waiver of Visibl’s standard onboarding fee for eligible businesses that subscribe to a Visibl AML compliance platform subscription during the promotional period.
- Part B – Event Competition: A prize draw for the chance to win an AUD $200 pre-paid Visa card. No purchase is required to enter the competition.
Participation in either offering constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Each offering has separate eligibility requirements as set out below.
PART A - EVENT SPECIAL OFFER - FREE ONBOARDING
1. Promotion Overview
The Visibl AREC Event Special Offer provides eligible businesses (“Prospective Clients”) with a waiver of Visibl’s standard onboarding fee (valued at up to AUD $4,000) when subscribing to a Visibl AML compliance platform subscription during the promotional period.
2. Promotional Period
The Event Special Offer is valid for registrations submitted between:
23 May 2026 – 31 July 2026 (inclusive)
Registrations received outside this period will not be eligible for the offer.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the Event Special Offer, a Prospective Client must:
- Be a registered Australian business with a valid ABN;
- Complete the Visibl AREC registration form at https://visibl.com.au/australian-real-estate-conference during the promotional period, having attended one of the AREC Conference sessions on 23–24 May 2026 on the Gold Coast;
- Subscribe to one of Visibl’s paid subscription plans; andEnter into a valid subscription agreement with Visibl.
The Event Special Offer is available to Prospective Clients operating in industries impacted by AML/CTF Tranche 2 reforms, including (but not limited to) real estate agencies, buyers agencies, accounting firms, legal practices, and other professional services businesses that provide designated services under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).
4. Offer Details
Eligible Prospective Clients will receive a waiver of Visibl’s standard onboarding fee (valued at up to AUD $4,000). The onboarding process includes:
- AUSTRAC enrolment;
- Tailored AML risk assessment setup;
- Platform configuration;
- AML/CTF policy setup; and
- Specialist review of the risk assessment and program configuration where the platform determines a high-risk rating.
The onboarding services provided may vary depending on the selected subscription plan, the Prospective Client’s business requirements, and assessed business risks.
5. Subscription Requirement
To receive the onboarding fee waiver, a Prospective Client must:
- Subscribe to one of Visibl’s active subscription plans; and
- Maintain that subscription for the duration of the onboarding process.
Standard subscription fees, verification fees, and escalation fees will apply in accordance with the selected plan. The onboarding fee waiver does not apply to subscription fees, verification fees, or any other service fees unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Visibl.
6. Limitations
- One offer per registered business entity (ABN).
- The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless approved by Visibl in writing.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- The offer is subject to Visibl’s standard terms and conditions upon subscription.
7. Verification
Visibl reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of any Prospective Client;
- Reject registrations that do not meet the promotional requirements; and
- Request supporting documentation to confirm business eligibility.
8. Changes to the Event Special Offer
Visibl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Event Special Offer at any time where reasonably necessary due to force majeure, or regulatory or legal requirements. Any changes will be communicated via the Visibl website.
9. Acceptance of Terms (Event Special Offer)
By submitting the AREC registration form, Prospective Clients agree to these Terms. The onboarding fee waiver is conditional upon the Prospective Client entering into a valid Visibl subscription through acceptance of Visibl’s standard terms and conditions.
PART B - EVENT COMPETITION - AU$200 PRE-PAID VISA CARD DRAW
IMPORTANT – No Purchase Required: Entry into the Event Competition is free and does not require the purchase of any Visibl product or subscription. Purchasing a subscription does not improve your chances of winning.
10. Overview
Visibl is conducting a prize draw (“Competition”) at AREC 2026. One winner will be selected at random to receive an AUD $200 pre-paid Visa card (“Prize”). The Competition is separate from, and independent of, the Event Special Offer in Part A.
11. Promoter
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. The Competition Period
The Competition is open for entries submitted via the online registration form during the following period:
23 May 2026 – 24 May 2026 (inclusive, during AREC conference hours)
Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
13. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Competition, an entrant must:
- Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
- Be a representative of a registered Australian business with a valid ABN;
- Have attended AREC 2026 on the Gold Coast on 23–24 May 2026; and
- Complete the Visibl AREC online registration form at https://visibl.com.au/australian-real-estate-conference during the Competition Period.
Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of Visibl Consulting Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
14. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must complete and submit the Visibl AREC online registration form at https://visibl.com.au/australian-real-estate-conference during the Competition Period. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to improve chances of winning.
Limit of one (1) entry per registered business entity (ABN). Multiple submissions from the same ABN will be treated as a single entry. Entries must be submitted by the entrant directly; submissions by a third party on behalf of another person or business are not eligible.
15. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) AUD $200 pre-paid Visa card
The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash (except the pre-paid card value itself), and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or product. The Prize must be accepted as offered. Any costs associated with claiming or using the Prize are the winner’s responsibility.
16. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be conducted by Visibl using a randomised selection process. All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
The draw will take place on or before Friday, 29 May 2026. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided in their entry form on or before Friday, 29 May 2026.
If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, or if a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, Visibl reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
17. Winner Announcement
The winner’s name may be published on Visibl’s website and/or social media channels. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to their first name and business name being used for this purpose. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and ABN before the Prize is awarded.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected via the entry form will be used by Visibl solely for the purposes of conducting the Competition, for direct marketing purposes and, where the entrant has also registered for the Event Special Offer, administering that offer. Visibl handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://visibl.com.au. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or for Prize fulfilment purposes.
19. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibl excludes all liability for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition;
- Technical failures or errors affecting entry submission or the draw process;
- Any late, lost, or misdirected entries; and
- Any variation in Prize value.
Visibl excludes all liability for indirect, special or consequential loss or damages arising in connection with this Agreement. Entrants and Prospective Clients agree to indemnify Visibl against their negligence, misconduct or material breach of this Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Change to the competition
Visibl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. In the event of cancellation, Visibl will endeavour to conduct a draw from entries received up to that point where possible.
21. Acceptance of Terms (Competition)
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. Visibl’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Competition are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
PART C - GENERAL PROVISIONS

23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
